1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NaijaTongues you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Choose a strong password and don't share it.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, harass, or impersonate others on the platform.
• Don't attempt to break, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't upload content that is illegal or violates anyone's rights.

4. Content & intellectual property

All vocabulary, courses, branding and code are owned by NaijaTongues or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for learning.

5. Contributions

If you submit a correction or other contribution, you grant NaijaTongues a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, publish and distribute that contribution. You confirm that it is your own work, drawn from your own knowledge of the language, and that it is not copied from a copyrighted dictionary, textbook or other published source.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

7. Termination

You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
