Stage 1 now covers all three languages, vocabulary levels became swipeable cards, and suggested corrections can be talked through instead of only approved or rejected.

Levels now follow how common a word really is, so Level 1 starts with the words you'd actually use first. Plus a batch of Igbo tone-mark corrections.

• Vocabulary levels now reflect real difficulty. Levels inside each category used to be alphabetical slices. They've been recomputed from how common each word actually is, so Level 1 now starts with genuinely everyday words — go, come, eat, good, big, house, family — and the later levels hold rarer vocabulary.Learn wordsFree
• Most words have moved level, so a word you remember from Level 3 may now sit somewhere else. Nothing has been removed — every word is still there, just in a different place.Free
• 84 Igbo entries that were missing tone marks have been corrected — among them the words for patience, pot and fear. Tone changes meaning in Igbo, so these matter.Free
• To be straight with you: those corrections came from a tone-marked Igbo dictionary, not from a speaker, and they're still awaiting review. Many other Igbo entries still lack tone marks. If you spot one that's wrong, use the Suggest a correction control — it goes into the review queue.Free
